The Stone and Tile School's Cancellation, Meals, Transportation, and Accomodations Policies are as follows:
Course Cancellation Policy
Our courses are kept small to provide optimum interaction between participants and instructors. Last-minute participant substitutions are difficult to arrange. We understand emergency situations may arise that will affect your attendance to our programs. We have established the following policy in case of course cancellation:
--If cancellation is made over 30 days before the program date, 50% of the tuition is eligible for refund, or 100% of the tuition is transferable to another program/date.
--If cancellation is made within 10 to 30 days of the program date, 25% of the tuition is eligible for refund, or 100% of the tuition is transferable to another program/date.
--If cancellation is less than 10 days of the program date, the entire tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Severe extenuating circumstances will be considered individually.
Although we do not anticipate any changes, we do reserve the right to cancel an event at our discretion. In the event of course cancellation, 100% of the tuition will be eligible for refund or transferable to another course.
Meals
The price of the course includes lunch and beverages. If you choose to stay at the designated hotel, the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast and a restaurant or café for dinner.
Transportation
The Stone and Tile School Provides transportation to and from the designated hotel(s) to and the training facility. The designated hotel(s) provide a shuttle service to and from the airport / hotel.
